Highly Trained Restoration Specialists

SERVPRO of Greater Sussex County takes training seriously.  Every employee in our company, regardless of position or responsibility, follows a strict regimen of video training and certifications in order to ensure they are more than qualified and ready to provide service to our clients.

Each new employee will first watch a series of e-learning training videos.  This will help to orient them to the many facets of our industry and prepare them for that first call, that first job, that first exciting opportunity.

Within 90 days of employment, each new employee will take the Employee Certification Training Program (ECTP).  The ECTP is a training system designed to help SERVPRO® train its employees to provide superior service. In a service business, trained employees make the difference between success and failure. Trained employees perform better and are more competent.

After completion of the ECTP, each employee then qualifies to sit for certification exams from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC).  These exams assist the employee in career advancement and continue to improve their knowledge in the science of our industry.  These certifications include Water Restoration Technician (WRT), Applied Microbial Restoration Technician (AMRT), Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT), and many others.

Ongoing training is vital in ensuring SERVPRO of Greater Sussex County remains up-to-date in our industry and allows us to provide the best possible solution to our customer's challenges.
